At GA Elite Exteriors, we stand behind the quality of our work.
We’re proud to offer a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on all full roof replacements completed by our team.

What's Covered

This warranty covers installation-related issues that may arise due to workmanship errors within 5 years of the installation date. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Leaks caused by improper installation
• Flashing or underlayment defects due to installation error
• Poor shingle alignment or fastening
• Improper ventilation installation

If any covered issue arises, we will repair it at no cost to the homeowner.

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:
• Storm damage (hail, wind, tree limbs, etc.)
• Manufacturer defects in roofing materials (covered under separate manufacturer warranties)
• Damage due to foot traffic, satellite installations, or homeowner modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Structural shifts or settling of the building
